Live the life you want, not the one prescribed
Dr. Christina Rahm launches new book Cure the Causes
NASHVILLE, TN (September 2021) – “For true health, we need to look beyond our healthcare system” says the doctor, mother, survivor and psychologist and science formulator Christina Rahm. Our medical care today can be lifesaving. It can cure diseases that were deadly just a generation ago. But, what if, instead of curing the symptoms of disease and sickness, we could fix the very things that cause disease and sickness in the first place? What if sickness and disease could be avoided all together, or at least minimized?
Wellness expert Dr. Christina Rahm has published her debut book, CURE the CAUSES: Live the Life You Want, Not the One Prescribed, offering a more precise look at what makes us sick: the toxins in our world…and in our bodies.
“Our world is currently plagued with harmful toxins. I believe that it is toxins that are at the root of the disease and sickness we experience,” writes Dr. Rahm. “We need to uproot these toxins so that we can live life to the fullest for more years than we can imagine.”
In CURE the CAUSES, Dr. Rahm, who faced significant health issues in her life, recommends each of us takes a proactive approach to rid our bodies of these toxins so that we can lessen their negative effects, thus making the immune system stronger and more able to fight off disease and sickness. The book takes us through a journey explaining Dr. Rahm’s comprehensive Detox Plan, which addresses emotional, physical and spiritual health, with specific focus on detoxing your home and workplace, the importance of exercise, skincare, keeping your family healthy, and how to detoxify your diet, complete with cooking tips, lists of healthy snacks, and recipes for clean meals.
“Our healthcare system of today is reactive. When we have a reactive approach to health, we are forced to deal with consequences. We lose the opportunity to focus on precautions,” writes Dr. Rahm. “Detoxification is one of the most important changes we can implement; it is the best way to protect ourselves and our children from the toxic environment.”
